In your absence, we are the key holders of your home, giving vendors access to the premises at your request to perform a service or delivery. We have two levels of service:
 

• Vendor access: We unlock the door to allow vendor access to the property and return when the work is complete to lock and secure the home.

• Vendor watch: We unlock the door to allow vendor access to the property,  we stay until their job is complete, then we lock and secure the home.
